These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Rain of Doom Edition online store at rainofdoom-edition.com.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. PRODUCTS

Rain of Doom Edition sells books, fanzines, art prints, merchandise and other printed or artistic products.

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible through descriptions, photographs and other information available on the website.

Please note that colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Minor variations may also occur in handmade, independently produced or printed items and are not necessarily considered defects.

Products are offered subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund any amount paid for the unavailable product.

3. PRICES

Product prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes where required.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Rain of Doom Edition reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products will be charged at the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. These charges are not included in the price paid to Rain of Doom Edition and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. ORDERS

To place an order, you must select the desired product(s), add them to your cart and complete the checkout process.

Before confirming your order, you will have the opportunity to review your cart, delivery information, shipping costs and total price and to correct any errors.

By completing the checkout process and confirming payment, you agree to purchase the products included in your order and accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Rain of Doom Edition may refuse or cancel an order in the event of a payment issue, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or product unavailability.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

5. PAYMENT

Payment must be made at the time the order is placed.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location and the services available through our payment providers.

Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers. Rain of Doom Edition does not directly store your full payment card details.

An order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the destinations and using the delivery methods available during checkout.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed before you confirm your order.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and shipping method selected.

Rain of Doom Edition will process and dispatch orders within the timeframe indicated on the website or during checkout.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under applicable consumer law regarding delivery.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason, except where a legal exception applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Rain of Doom Edition of your decision within this 14-day period by sending a clear statement to: contact@rainofdoom-edition.com

Once you have informed us of your decision, you have 14 days to return the relevant product(s).

Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, the direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, as provided by applicable law.

Please note that this is our return address and not the registered office of the association.

Returned products must be sent back in accordance with the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

When you exercise your legal right of withdrawal, we will refund the amounts due within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw.

For physical goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Where applicable, the refund will include the cost of the standard delivery option originally offered for your order. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: contact@rainofdoom-edition.com

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.

Please contact us before returning the product.

Where applicable, Rain of Doom Edition will cover the appropriate return costs and provide a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

10. LEGAL GUARANTEES

Products sold by Rain of Doom Edition benefit from the legal guarantees applicable under French consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects.

These legal guarantees apply independently of any additional commercial guarantee that may be offered.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any statutory rights available to consumers.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, content displayed on the Rain of Doom Edition website, including illustrations, artworks, photographs, texts, graphics, logos and designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Rights to individual artworks and other creative works remain with their respective artists, authors and rights holders where applicable.

Website content may be viewed for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit content from the website without prior permission from the relevant rights holder.

Purchasing a product from Rain of Doom Edition does not transfer any intellectual property rights relating to the artwork, illustrations, texts or other creative content contained within that product.

Personal information collected when you browse our website, create an account or place an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

13. LIABILITY

Rain of Doom Edition is responsible for fulfilling its obligations relating to orders placed through the website in accordance with applicable law.

Rain of Doom Edition cannot be held responsible for failure or delay resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

In accordance with French consumer law, consumers have the right to use a consumer mediation service free of charge in the event of an unresolved dispute with Rain of Doom Edition.
