Returns & Refunds policy

We hope you love your Rain of Doom Edition order. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within this 14-day period at: contact@rainofdoom-edition.com

Please include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once you have informed us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.

Return CONDITIONS

Returned items must be sent back in a condition that allows them to be resold.

You may inspect the products as you would in a physical shop, but you may be responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalised products.

This does not affect your legal rights regarding defective, damaged or non-conforming products.

RETURN SHIPPING:

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Rain of Doom Edition cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost or damaged during return shipping.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at: contact@rainofdoom-edition.com

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the item and packaging where relevant.

Do not return the item before contacting us.

If the product is defective, damaged or does not match your order, Rain of Doom Edition will cover the appropriate return costs and will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

REFUNDS

Once you have informed us of your withdrawal, we will refund the amounts due within 14 days. For returned physical goods, we may wait until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Your refund will include the price of the returned item(s) and, where applicable, the cost of the standard delivery option originally offered for your order.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, the additional shipping cost will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
